Problem with (Best Buy Credit Card) Late Payment charges

I've had problems with my HRS financed Best Buy account. They have charged me $29 twice in the past six months when mailing my checks at least 3 days in advance from Chicago. I've never had the same problem with any other credit card. The only solution I see is to pay this off and never use this lousy credit provider again. I've never dealt with a loan shark, but HRS USA must be the closest thing. Additionally, I'm going to send ALL future payments by registered mail so I can see when these payments are arriving at the Baltimore, Maryland processing center. Yes, it will cost extra, but little compared to the $58 this has already cost me in late fees. If my suspicions are correct, these payments are arriving in house but due to HRS poor business ethic or workflow are not being posted in a timely fashion. I don't see how they will be able to maintain any dispute when I have proof that my payments were delivered by the date due.
