These people are really bottom feeders.
Payments are sent to the Payment Center in City of Industry California.
It takes two days for these payments from me to get to California.
What they do is hold the payments and post them on the day after they are due.
I have several payments that go to the same address and all are posted within two days of my mailing them.
Mind you, that I mail payments at least 10 days prior to due date.
So, what happens is that they post late and add a couple of late fees to your account.
They do it in a way that if you don't look real close you won't notice the increase in balance.
Soon you are over limit and this continues until they start to call you 10 times a day.
The charges mount to a point that you are twice your limit due to the fees they have added.
When you protest these late fees and over limit charges they claim you have been late and they will keep calling you as much as they want.
If you deal with these people be sure to record your conversation, they record so you can too.
I finally stopped the calls by telling them to cease and desist phone contact.
The last tme I spoke to them I informed them that the only payments I would make were those on the actual balance I owed.
Since they refused to calculate the interest on my actual balance I will only pay them that which I owe without interest.
Since this problem started I have mailed the payments at the same time as I always have and there have been no further late posting of payments.
I could pay that balance off, but why?
What makes this even more irritating is thet they have so many addresses it's hard to find out who does what in this company.
