Jacques topaz took $3300 advance for immigration cas of 6000 dallars

In october i contacted mr jacques topaz on an immigration cas, mr jacques topaz said ok my brother work for uscis in florida i am recommending you to him mr jacques topaz as haitian stated, he want me to give him $3300 advance out of 6000 for the cas, mr jacques topaz haitian send only form eoir for $110 which i did not need, so now he do not take my call he just keep my money and iam in trouble with my cas, thats how i got ripoff by mr jacques topaz he is haitian. I am looking for help with this guy thanks i will be able to take a lie detector test with this guy anytime.
