My experience with SalesStaff was awful. Started out good but what you are told vs. reality don't add up. While they market themselves as being performance based, they require payment upfront and if you cancel their is no refund. Regretfully too many of us don't read the contract terms carefully and accept things are implied, based on conversation, that are not. Get things in writing and question why some words and terms are omitted including cancellation refund and other words are included especially around they types of people the appointments will be with. These terms will come back to haunt you later should their be a problem. Having been invited to their office it should have also been a red flag they spend too much money and resources on appearance opposed to substance. The final outcome resulted in being ripped off approximately $30, 000.
