I ordered a $1 special for a bed defense product. I agreed to 3.95 for shipping and handling. They sent me 3 units not one 92 more then i ordered. 2. The terms I agreed to was being charged 19.95 if I liked it. 3. I was charged 41.85 as you know they sent 3 units not the 1 I thought I ordered. 4. When I called they talked in circles - I repeated what I heard the refund terms to be - they would start all over again and not once did they agree with me on the terms I thought they were offering. I was told to read the terms and conditions. 5.0 I read them and called back again - I read what it said including the 60 day money back guarantee. She said in order to help me she would have to look up my acct. Why I told her -I purchased the trail offer and I was just asking a question on the term-conditions. My answer was that was basically not the program I bought. Why was it there then? Where were my terms? Oh ya they were in the email I received AFTER I placed my order. They said I would be getting 26.85 back - how much should I wagger that they will keep the 26.85 and refund the 15.00?
