Wells Fargo has been charging me over $129 per month for "Collision" insurance, and I am paying right now for insurance from 2013. I was first told in (I thought I had Collison), and was told once I get my own insurance they will refund the almost $800 for it then. I had gotten it and sent it to their insurance dept.
No refund, and every month continuously paying despite complaining.
I signed up for auto-pay - and they didn't take my payments out. So late fee plus having to pay to pay over phone because they lock you out of the website.
Now I am fighting with them on my last $1200 of my payoff - and I am about to get sick at the enormous amount of late fee's I have paid, but there is NO INSURANCE DETAIL nor is it itemized, and again, I cannot pay my bill online, and I have numerous dings on my credit report from them.
I'll file with the FCC and NYS dept of finances - we need to put these scum bags away - I am applying for new lease and apartments and this is killing my credit!
