I have called multiple times for the past 4 months about my inability to access my account online. The employees, who read from a script, were unable to fix the problem. I was told twice that my problem would be submitted to a technical supervisor, but the problems have not been fixed. I cannot manage my account at all. The only thing that has been established is that the problem is not with me or my computer. I switched to online payments because bills were frequently sent to me late or were incorrect. Managing my account online is my only option. The final insult is that there is no contact that does not lead to someone who has little grasp of English and cannot fix the problem.
