Perhaps The Most Frustrating Online Service In The World

Though I have been satisfied with using my Care Credit card, I have been extremely frustrated with their service. I have been trying for MONTHS to access my account online to pay my bill with absolutely no success. The one time I did speak with a customer service rep, they implied it was my browser. I have since tried with Safari, Firefox, and Chrome (two of which Care Credit claims their site is most compatible with). Being that I get paperless statements, this has been a HUGE disappointment and inconvenience. Not only can I not pay my bill, I can't even log in to request paper statements again. I am so frustrated that I eagerly look forward to paying the remaining balance (tediously through the automated phone system, of course) so that I can close this account. Because of said frustration, I don't even want to use my card anymore as it will only lead to more frustration.
