I opened an account with Accountnow and switched my direct deposit to the account. My employer deposited my paycheck on Sunday, it is now Tuesday and I'm being told that I can't get to my money until tomorrow. That's 3 days, I've always been able to withdraw my paycheck on Monday when I used a different bank, and now I have to wait 3 days for MY money? This is to their benefit, since they can draw interest off of the money sitting on "hold" on our accounts. I have called them over and over today, I am told that my employer designated the funds to be depositied Wednesday, which I know is a lie. I have talked to my employer and was told the date and time of the deposit. And it was always available to me on Monday with the other bank, so I know that this is Accountnow, not my employer. It seems as though laws are possibly being broken, but I guess accountnow deosn't have to play by the same rules as everyone else. I have been on hold for 45 minutes each time and then I hang up and call back and I am put on hold again. I am being charged $2 every time I call them. Customer service does not apparently exist with this company. Do not open an account with them, it is a nightmare that doesn't end!!!
