My refund was direct deposited by my taxpreparer to a wrong account. Ive sent all documents requested proving my identity and every other requirement of accountnow. Irs has traced it and they verify accountnow has my money also stating accountnow is not following mandatory procedure when receiving checks that dont match with account holder. The procedure is to send check back to originator which should of been US treasury. Its been 3years, accountnow has blocked me and any card holder that has allowed me to call using their card number. It has been frustrating and caused so much ive kinda gave up until i found out a family member was employed by them anD found out some interesting info. Makes a difference. Accountnow does bad business and shame on the BBB for crediting them. [email protected]
