Im expecting my refund this year to come on my card which was ordered feb. 1, i called account now and entered my social security number because i didnt receive my card. Turns out it was sent to the wrong address and i have to send a fax with my id, ss card, and a bill, so did that and now i am block further where i cant talk with any one live because its asking for my ss number or card, and wont accept it. Therefore i cant speak with anyone at all. Help need a live person!!
