For the past 6 months I have been at battle with Green Tree. My loan with bank of America had been sold to Green Tree and since then I have had nothing but problems from not knowing about the buy out to not receiving statements.in the past 8 years that I have owned this home and the loan changing hands several times I had never experienced the BS that I am facing with this company.in the past I was always on auto draft payment so when I had found out that my loan had been sold again I did the same asked for auto draft I even went as far as printing the form off the internet myself and sending it in only to find out that for whatever reason I am still not set up on auto draft and the best part is how is one to know when they don't even receive a monthly statement so here I am holding the bag getting call after call when in fact 2 months ago I had spoken with a manager from Green Tree to have this problem corrected and here we are right back to square one. They Green Tree are claiming that they had never received the Auto Draft form that was included with my payment but they did however receive the payment. Something needs to be done with this company as I have just sent complaints into the Attorney Generals office as well as posting this one.
