I received at least 10 calls from this business offering me an $8000 credit line last year. I turned them down each time, except the last time.
In late September I agreed to enroll in their program, with the understanding expressly stated by the customer service person that the $8000 credit line was a visa.
The fees were immediatley deducted from my account, and about 1 week later I received the package. I went through, saw that the line of credit was a mish mash of travel & computer incentives instead of a visa, and promptly called them to return the package. I shipped it off on October 8th, received my cancellation letter and number, with the understanding that the fees deducted from my account would be refunded in 30 business days.
After numerous phone call and emails, I was finally able to get a reply from someone that my check was mailed out Dec 14. As of January 13th I still have not received it. Trying to get a live person on their customer service line or refund line has been nearly impossible.
Of course you can always call their activation line, and their associates will be happy to activate your "line of credit".
Don't do it, unless you want to hang yourself with it!"
