My wife received a phone call from a representive of the National Small Business Alliance and offered her credit card with a $8000.00 line of credit. They did not explain that the credit can only be used for travel ($5000.) and office equipment ($3000) They asked for a bank name and back account number which she gave to them, let me explain that she is a invalid and 78 years old.
They charge my account for $99.95 which I found out about on May 20. My wife called the company and told them to cancel the transaction and refund the money. She never did get to speak to a "live" person. On May 26 they reversed the $99.95 BUT added a charge of $239.40 on the same day.
Now here it is May 31 and no "live" person wants to talk, and "the mail box is full". I found the number for Dennis Mario who bills himself as CEO/President but he won't talk either and his mail box was full.
My Comment: They mostlikely never empty the mail box.
