ING Reliastar promises to reissue surrender of policy checks, still waiting three months later - Life Insurance Policy

I completed the surrender of policy paperwork in June. You sent the checks to a nine year old address, even though your records had my new address and the paperwork arrived at my correct address. I called in early august to inquire about the checks, (we were away throughout July.) A CSR said that they would be reissued within 10 days. I did not receive them and called again. The CSR said that I had to send a written change of address fax. I did so. When I called again, I was told that the one check, (although two policies were surrendered) had been sent to another incorrect address and that it would take another 10 days to reissue. The second policy check will also take an another 10 days to reissue. It has been almost two and a half months since my initial request. That is at least 45 days of interest at 1.65% that I have lost on my money that I wish to have paid to me on top of the money that I am owed. It is a small amount, but one that will lessen the sting of incompetence and loss of my time in calls to ING.
