Go Tec Financial Failure to issue full refund in accordance with their guarantee not a legitimate co. St. George

After telephone solicitation this company fraudulently drafted from account with no intention of honoring their product and or its guarantee. This company misrepresented itself and then failed to issue a refund at all or even acknowledge the request. They guaranteed issuance of a credit card with 10000 dollar line of
credit unsecured. This is a complete fraud.
