These people have consistantly lied to me and my son, promised to pay the back rent they owed, made excuses, whined until I had to evict them from the condo they were renting from me. I had to hire a lawyer to do this. It is my understanding that they did this same sort of thing in a former rental residence in Bellingham.in July they finally signed a promissory note for $2000 and they now refuse to pay their monthly payments on the of $175.83 a month.
They owe me considerably more than this with all the penalties but I was satisfied with only the rent that they have owed me since last January. I would like to know if there is any recourse with Priamerica or anyone that I can contact there (?) to help me with this matter. (It doesn't look like there is with this deadbeat company which seems to be mostly a scam. I'm not surprised to read all the bad reports.)
