PNC is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their employees are rude, nasty and incompetent. I had a car loan with National City that transferred to PNC. I paid off the car loan and I was promised a lien release and title to my car as soon as the check cleared. The check cleared three weeks ago and I have not received anything yet. When I call, the employees act like they have no record of ever having a car loan with me. I cannot get the title to my car. When I call, everyone on the phone is extremely rude. When I go to a branch, the people working tell me there is nothing they can do for me. Do not ever do any business with this bank!!!
