I missed my due date the 17th of the month., I had forgotten why I cancelled my service with this company years ago as I recently returned to them a year ago. I missed my due date the 17th of the month., today my phone was disconnected not even 24 hrs later, why because I am a human being entitle to make mistake and I simply forgot, but no, I was treated like a delinquent, and went 8 hours without a phone all because I forgot to make my $50 payment but it does not end there. No!!! I had to get dress and go to the nearest metro store to get my phone turned-on because - althought they had already taken the funds out of my account this morning; I could not get a freeking live assistance by phone or online to reconnect my service. Why? Because I was so frustrated with their service that I decided to down grade to the service I used to have, and paid $40 instead of $50.00... So, this company would not recognize my payment of $50, would not turn my service and I had to pay an additional $5.00 for changing plans and get the service back on... Can you believe this crap, they make free for you to upgrade then charge you for downgrading... You have earned your name, as soon as possible I am canceling my service... Metro piece of shit!!!
