My second morgage was sold to litton loan services by ocwen federal. I was never notified of this transaction and my payments were returned to me. It has now been six months and I have not been able to contact anyone about my loan. I leave messages and no one returns my phone calls. When I try to talk to litton representatives they always transfer my calls and then hang up on me. I am afraid that my house will go into forclosure because of theis situation. My hands are tied at this point and I do not know where to go from here. I have not recieved any bills, statements, notice that my loan was sold or anyhting else from them.
I found out that they have my loan from my insurance statement. Ocwen never sent me anything stateing that my loan was sold either. I contacted them when my payment was returned and they offered me no information about who my loan was sold to just that it was sold and the company (apparently litton) would be in contact with me, which has never happened
