For us po folk, this means once the product is paid for and delivered, your on your own, it doesn't matter what "Paul" promises over the phone, you are on your own, he will laugh and degrade you when you fail. Second, Universal Advertising ran under a similar name several years ago, Universal Advertising INC. Same but different. History folks, this scammer has practice, so if you think you can put a little pressure on him, be alert, be smart and don't get involved if the first place.
