Countrywide - Full Spectrum Lending Forgery Criminal Paperwork Lies Approved Deal Reversal Blames Me for their ero

Here is the laundry list of violations and deceptions made by countrywide from beginning to current.

1. The first error was when the person that I bought house from deposited his check it bounced. The check that they wrote us for repaires on the house also bounced. They not only had to cover the bounced check but they also had to cove all the bounced checks that were no covered due to their mistake.

2. Upon re reading the contract I noticed a discrepancy that our check was over $600 short. When I confronted Countrywide they faxed over a completely new loan workout sheet. The trick they pulled was this; The signature sheet at the end of the loan simply had the I agree that the above usual legalese. Below this were the lines for the signatures. After they REVISED the documentation illeagly to cheat us out of the $600 they simply used the signature sheet we previously signed and attached it to the NEW and ILLEGAL loan documents. It took over three months to get the $600 back. No one would admit responsibility for the recalculated loan and the forgery of our names.

3 They charged us for a survey (over $500) and never performed the survey. Never returned calls as to why it was not performed or refunded our money.

4. After a few years we did fall behind in our taxes. We understood that Countrywide had the legal authority to pay for the taxes to protect their investment. We received a letter in the mail stating that in August our checking account would be debited almost $2000. I called Countrywide Customer Service and told them that if they were to attempt to withdraw this amount from my checking account that two things would happen. First they would kill either one or both of us as this would deprive us of our lifesaving medication. Second was that they would then very shortly own our house.

5. The Customer Service Agent GLADLY made an agreement for these payments to be spread over 24 months. She EVEN gave me a new payment amount. Ten days before the payment was due I called the Customer Service line to ensure that the agreement was in place.instead of stating all was well the second agent CANCELLED the agreement stating that she had no authority to make such an agreement. Again I received a letter stating that I would lose over $2000 in August. At this point I canceled my auto payment plan to literally save our lives.

6. They CONTINUE to admit that this customer service agent made the agreement and continue to refuse to honor the agreement. A mistake and continue to INSIST that I am responsible for. Thay have gone as far as to say it was my fault they made the mistake. It was their mistake and in no way would they make it right. I have been arguing with them about this point for 6 months now.instead of correcting their error they now charge me $2000 a month in foreclosure fees'

7.in one of my conversations I asked the customer service reprehensive if it was MY fault that the original service agent made a mistake. This agent said YES IT WAS! My reply was that if I had that power to force the agent to make a mistake I had the athority to fire her. She hung up.

8. I will now have to pay a lawyer $1600 just to keep my house. All because THEY made a mistake. Admit to the mistake and refuse to honor the agreement they made. If I lose my house someone else will lose somthing as well.

Suggestion. At the begining of each phone call they say that this might be taped. Get a tape recorder and at the same time of the annoncement say you are taping their call. They don't give you a choice so don't give them one. Keep a auido log of all conversations so if you have to go to court or before a judge you have proof of their deceptions. I have over 5 hours and am still recording.

On these recordings they have incriminated themselves over and over.

Choising a mortage company is a HUGE desision. Read all the postings and decide for yourself. I know I am sorry for choseing COUNTRYWIDE. PS Be able to PROVE all your documentation. Otherwise it could be considered SLANDER!
