Ripoff did usa credit take your money talk to a former employee and find out how to get refunded

I am a former employee of commonwealth marketing group or usa credit as they tell the customers. A little over a year ago I use to work at CMG and leaving was the best thing that ever happened to me. If you are reading this I suppose you already got ripped off and money debited from your checking or savings account so I'll cut this shorter without going through the whole website and how they got you there. Now most of you didn't accuratley read the website where you applied or you wouldn't be in this mess. Unfortunitly the website is legal and does explain it's a shopping card and the money will be debited the following bussiness day, so the company won't be out of bussiness anytime soon, but I can help you to get your money back.

Now, you have 30 days from the day you applied for the card to get a full refund that they will put back into the account where it was taken from. I wish I still remembered the phone number to call to cancel the card and get your refund but they leave their number next to the debit on your bank statement and your bank should also be able to provide you with the number. I hate to say this but the nicer you are with the rep on the phone the less it will get you. If you are prosistant and demand your money back they won't try to get you to keep the card. Now depending on how you are on the phone with the rep they are required to try to get you to keep the card. Just keep telling them you want a refund.

Now I am going to fill you in on the customer's magic words for calling CMG... BBB (better bussiness bureau) the company is so afraid of being reported if you even threaten to call the BBB the rep is trained to automatically transfer these calls to a employee with more pull for the company who will try to make the customer as happy as a clam so they don't call and report with the BBB. Now this can even get you a refund past your 30 days. They've been known to give refunds to BBB threat customers up to 90 days and sometimes even more. Calling and saying if you don't refund my money I'm calling the BBB will make them squirm and refund you faster then you can say it!

I hope I have been of some help to those who are in need of a refund from USA credit. I hated to work there so badly but unfortunitly at the time it was the only way to feed my son. Now, I hope writting this will give some help to all the people the company hurt. If you have any questions you can conntact me they might not publish my e-mail address.
