Attempted to create an inaccurate record of my payment history

Juniper Bank is a credit card company. Over the last 6 months I have been able to document many problems with the business practices of this company. The employees have attempted to explain all of the things I have documented as "errors, " but I do not think they are errors. All of these so-called errors relate to policies that allow Juniper Bank to increase a customer's interest rate.

I have challenged Juniper employees on the issues I have documented. They contradict themselves all the time.in addition, it has been almost impossible to get them to correct the errors once I bring the problems to their attention.

I have the documentation to prove all of this. I have e-mails, letters, bank statements, billing statements, and postal records that will prove that they have processed my payments late when the payments were received by the deadlines, provided me with misleading information, and pretended my bank did not honor one of my payments and the payment was honored. They added the amount of the payment they said was not honored to my account as a "purchase" and they are now charging me additional interest for the payment amount even though it was honored.
