I want to make all people interested in real estate or a management co. To be aware of a fraudulent and dishonest con man; Kevin Carter, his wife and staff, Tamala Martin, Mrs Kennedy and Angie. The company is a fraudulent Investment/Management Company in Detroit, MI. The address is 18901 Kelly Road, Detroit, MI 48224. The phone number is 313-521-0180. He also has other companies that are fraudulent as well, S&M Homes, ADAC Properities.
This company was responsible for assisting people enter the real estate market in the metro Detroit area. He promised people in his program that he would make payments to Mortgage companies, fix up and maintain rental houses as well as put tenant's into Rental houses, pay taxes and insurance on all properties for the first year of the program. Kevin Carter has not paid any of the mortgage companies in several months for several people in his program.
He has not fixed up the houses, nor kept up the property, since at least July in some cases, all of his checks have bounced.
When I contacted his office on several occasions and sent emails and faxes either no one returned my messages or I was informed all payments had been made. I was always informed that the monies had been paid and the taxes were also paid. He was working on the houses and trying to put a tenants in the houses. He has not paid the Mortgage Companies nor fixed up the properties nor put any renters in the homes, as agreed.
He is a con man. He tells people his program is based on trust, he tells you, " I am a rich man, I have made my money, I want to help other people get into real estate and fix up homes in Detroit". His operation is based on you believing him and trusting what he says, he makes you sign everything on the spot without fully explaining to you what your signing. Later you find out some how, without your knowledge or approval there are second mortgages on these homes and the escrow accounts are gone or never existed.
I have encountered several other victims of him and his program. People's credit are being damaged and the City of Detroit neighborhoods are looking bad because a con man is misleading trusting and hardworking people in his program, when he says, everything is being fixed up and worked on.in reality grass hasn't been cut, windows and doors are being broke out because he does not manage the properties or keep them up. This Company needs to be investigated and stopped before they can destroy anymore lives or neighborhoods in Detroit. I fear for the welfare of my family now because of this man and his scams.
