Dress Return

I bought a baptism suite for my son, we tried it on him and we found out it was too small.

We took it back to Sears where we bought it from on the following day to exchange it but we couldn't find anything bigger at that store. We decided to return it, we were surprised to be told that they can't take it back because it appears to them it had been worn. I told the rep that's how we got it and even the price tag wasn't attached, it was placed in the shirt pocket.

She said no we can't take it back becuase that's our store policy! I told her well let me talk to a manager, the manager was standing in the same place and she asked him if he is still on the clock he said yes what's the problem. I explained to him the situation and he said we can't take it back otherwise we won't be in business if we return everything the customers bring back. This Manager which he identified his name as Chris and he said he was the operation manager is the perfect example for the worst customer service and why Sears is struggling the way they are. He told me that we can't let customers buy items and go parties and use and when they are done with it they return it! I told him you say it like you know this is what happened! I told him you are completely wrong. He then said sorry I can't help you, have a nice day! In another way get the F%#k out of here.

I will never ever buy anything from Sears and I will let all my friends and family know what kind of horrible customer service and what kind of mean and helpless people are working at Sears.
