I recieved letter from Capital One of offer to transfer my former charged-off account balance of 614.00 to anew Capital One Visa, for which I would receive one simple monthly statement. No annual fee with a 9.9% intoductory annual percentage rate until 2003. My new credit limit will be 300.00.
After accepting the offer, after recieving the card i there was no credit limit to be used. Also my credit report showed uncb listed as a charge-off.
After obtaing the card, no payments were made and i am being billed past due fee of 25.00.
I ordered a item on aol, which i did recieved. Then my monthly showed over the limit charge of 25.00 and past due fee of 25.00 each month.
