I ordered a pair of boots online from Sears.com on 2/19. I had been tracking online the progress of the delivery. UPS had delivered my package to the Post Office, which claims that they delivered it to me on 2/26 at 3:41PM. I was home that day and the next two days because my kid was sick and no delivery has been made. I called three times the local Post Office and they finally told me that the driver doesn't remember delivering the package to me because he delivers to many places. They claim that my order was stolen and that they are not responsible for "stolen packages." But I guess, they are responsible for undelivered ones. I contacted the USPS, which unfortunately had the same answer. This matter is under investigation, but they said that they won't give me a refund for the damage. I called Sears.com twice and they don't take any responsibility either. I guess, Sears, just to save some money choses two delivery services, when UPS very well could and would have delivered it to me. Well, I am fighting for my money and I am not finding any solution anywhere. I am spending a lot of my valuable time on hold and writing emails. I know what I'll do next if I don't get any answers, I will notify the Police about what goes on on businesses. I'll let them handle this situation, since Sears isn't able to.
