Great Help Resetting Login Details, Called Back Twice

Hi,

I am from SA. I had a problem with my login details, and I am still in awe of the great service I received from PayPal. I first got an email from a lady called Mary, informing me how to go about resetting my email. I could not call them at the time, but they took the liberty to call me back.

I got a call on Saturday morning (SA time) but I missed that call, and amazingly, a few hours later they called again.

I am not certain if the lady who called is Mary or a different one, but I would like to thank that lady. My account is back up and running.
