Great Customer Service from

Hi,

My name is Sivuyile Simandla from SA. I had a problem with my login details and I am still in awe of the great service I received from PayPal. I first got an email from a lady called Mary, informing me how to go about resetting my email. I couldn't call them at the time but they took the liberty to call me back.

I got a call on Saturday morning (SA time) but I missed that call and amazingly, a few hours later - they called again.

I'm not certain if the lady who called is Mary or a different but I would like to thank that lady. My account is back up and running.
