Nick Marks, Unreachable for money-back gaurantee scam

Company offers a 30 day money back guarantee, but cannot be reached by any method.
Phone. No
Email. No
Fake Customer Service Website. No (it won't allow you to login)
reply to Paypal email. No

Finally filled a complaint with Paypal. And they will not revoke this purchase as it's outside EBAY and is a service. Lady I spoke to said there was nothing she could do and she referred me to here to file a complaint to help others.

Hope this can save a few people to avoid my same mistake
