I first want to start that I love there 24/7 line to call when I really need, which is sometimes late in the evening and I get to speak to a live person. They were great about finding a service to fix my water heater. The next morning a technician came out and he was very personable and fix the problem a day later because he had to purchase a part. I really love having Colonial there when I need them and all I need to pay is $60 for the service fee. We didn%u2019t have to pay this year since it was something included by the seller, but I%u2019m definitely considering renewing our policy next year!
