Hi I%u2019m John and I own 4 rental properties and I just want to give my input a little bit regarding Colonial. This past year I have had to face some difficult challenges with my rentals. Working full time and having limited time to take care of the problems. When something goes wrong the tenants gives Colonial a call and speak directly with the tenants regarding the issue. I%u2019m not exactly sure how a claim works but I%u2019m glad my money is paying off. I do know they are doing right by my tenants because they all report that colonial is doing right by them and hasn%u2019t had a problem; which leads me to renew. Thank you.
