I had a problem with my water heater shortly after my policy began and colonial was there to fix it. Shortly after that the wate heater was malfunctioning again, and since it was within a certain time frame I didn't even have to pay an additional service fee which I was more than willing to pay. This time around the service provider felt that my water heater needed replacing. So he called colonial and within 2days I had a brand new water heater. Thank colonial!
