I need to purchase learning materials urgently to prepare for an exam on 08 Feb. My paypal account has a balance available to complete my payment but cannot do so.
I contacted paypal and was told that my account has an issue and accounts department will look into it. The operator promised to call me back at 15:30 South African time but never did. I called back at 17:30 South African time, and no one has responded, the offices are closed.
This is really inconveniencing and unethical not to handle customer queries accordingly.
