I received a call on my cell phone for this offer of a free computer and a credit card. I was excited in fact I saw it as a opportunity to repair by blemished credit. After I realized I wouldn't have the $354.90 on the date they requested I called back to cancel telling them the funds wouldn't be available.
I think it took the lady about 2 seconds to tell me it was taken cared of. I told them the authourization for the withdrawal was not possible anymore. But on the day the automatic withdrawal was suppose to take place it in fact DID.
The funds still were not available so my account suffered over draft fees. I called back today 11-24-04 to find that the customer service reps were not at all helpful. They aren't any managers or supervisors available. All they were able to do was leave a message for Quality Assurance. I will fight this until I get my money back along with the fees my account incurred.
