I received a phone call today while at work, from a Ben Johnson, posing to be with the FBI. He rudely stated that he was representing US Cash Loan, regarding a loan for 300.00 that this company supposedly deposited into my checking account on March 12, last year? I assumed that to mean so when I got home from work, I reviewed and printed out my statement for March of and of course there is no deposit showing from them on that date or even for the entire month.
I have since noticed that on 1-2-13, there has been an unauthorized debit from my account for 34.95, from EPAY. I called the number on my statement, and they said it was for a loan that I had applied for, but wouldn't give me a loan company's name. I told her that yes, I had researched and checked into payday loans, but I hadn't been approved for one, and I dern sure didn't authorize them or anyone to make this debit from my account! I've never even heard of these people either!
I mentioned this deduction to Mr. Ben Johnson, FBI, and he said that until I pay the 300.00 loan that I was given on 3-12 last year, that amount would be debited each month. I told him I was at work, and when I got home I would check my records and call him back. Needless to say I haven't called him, and have no intentions of doing so. He has called me 7 times since I have been home and I don't know where to turn!
