I approached Charles A Barragato & CO to prepare my 2011 tax return. I was audited by the IRS. I asked the company to represent me infront of the IRS in which case they did. Supposedly they took deductions on my return that I did not ask for. I Had to pay additional tax, penalties and interest, fees to represent me infront of IRS and fees to prepare return. Stay away
