In July of I started looking for a investement home. The home that I set to purchase was steal at 45,000 which was in a booming real estate market. To my knowledge I was already pre approved and the process started with me proving my income and assets. I set the homeowners inspction on july 4 th of 2004. The home was inspected and I gave the seller a list of repairs. Upon inspection the was found to have active termites. So the termites had to be treated as well the seller wanted to fix the list of repairs (some minor and some major).
All this was going on I informed my Loan consultant of what was going on Arlette she maintained contact throughout the month. I asked on numerous occasion was there any thing that she neede from the processor. The processor Albert indicated every thing was complete (such a liar).. The process dragged on for 2 months. The settletement date was set for sept 15. During that time Arlette left the company and my acc was transferred who Albert (loan processor from hell)... She advsised me once again to call him and verify that there wasnothing else nedde. Pay attention because her is where the bs begans..
Fisrt he told me that he needed emloyment verification that was over three years old (I called the place they stated he never asked for it) then he wanted an explanation of my credit (I had some issues in college).. The insensitive prick waits until 2 hour before settlement to tell me this... He claims that he had no copy of my homeowners insurance which was another lie... He hung up on twice and refused to answere my calls after I asked him what the problem was there were never any straight answers juat the runaround. The bottom line is they were upset because I am an intelligient consumer who made the offer me a mortage that was acceptable. The fisrst offer was 30 year for 6.8 for a 45 000year pleaseeeeeeeeee. I wanted a 15 year mortage... Basically they were made because she did not charge more points on the loan. Basically this company and there piss poor proceessor ALBERT TOLES is completely outline and need to be exposed for the jack@$#$ they are
