2 years ago wamu. Bought my home loan from longbeach mortage. I had kinda bad credit when i got the first mortage. I was told by longbeach they would refi. My loan at a better intrest rate if i made my payments on time for two years, so i did. The interst rate is 11.85 and after 2 years would go to adjustable rate. I was never informed it could go up but never down. Then right before i could refi. They sold my loan to wamu. Who in turn told me the same thing, so i started all over again and done the same thing. When i tried to refi. Again through wamu they took my money for an appraisle then said it looked ok.By the way this is a doublewide on one acre. My paments are 1006.00 a month. Around 60 goes to principal. After 2 months they came back and said they couldnt refi. My credit wasnt good enough. Although my mortage was up to date never late. I think its because they"re pocketing 946.00 a month and screwing me. Now i have no choice. Refi. Or move out.
