We saw a ad on tv about hamp so we made the call an Albert Brennan called us back. Since it was on tv we felt ok about doing business with him and american loan center. All seemed ok until the checks were cashed. He would call every week to update us and reasure us everything was going well. Turns out that was a lie. Started to get worried when the fed-ex package we were waiting for never came. I called our mortage company to ask what was the reason we hadn't recieved anything yet and they stated they had never heard from Mr. Brennan or the company. So we are out over $3,000.00 and are trying to save the house from going into foreclousre. We have fallen behind in the mortage because of me losing my job and wanted to modification to help us but, dealing with and getting scamed by Albert Brennan and this company has just made things even worst. ALBERT will get whats comming to him one day I just hope I'm there to see it.
