Ripoff, dishonest, rude, decietful people who take advantage of middle class

I was contacted saying I was approved for a secured line of credit and all it would take was $299.50! I gave them my info and they gave me a date in which they would withdraw the money out of my account. The took the money out three days early and didn't return any of my phone calls to say I had changed my mind weeks before the actual withrawl date. Two months later instead of a credit card, I get credit card applications and a box full of crappy coupons! Finally I was able to speak with someone about a refund, which was denied because 'they were perfectly clear on the description of the products I was buying'. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one would call me back in an hour... Never happened. I have litterally made about 40 calls to this company and still have not gotten any answers! This has all taken place from August 24-today and still no refund!
