Community Savings call me Febuary 25, offering me a Master card with a credit line of $3,000.00. They said I would receive it within 4 to 6 weeks. I would need to pay a proccessing fee of $299.00 to be driffed from my checking account. My refferent number is (deleted).
I asked them to confirm what I was getting, this was to be an unsecured credit line. A regular Master Card that could be use anywhere.
I call after four weeks because I had not heard from them. They said my package had been process an I should receive it within that next week.
I watted three week more hade not gotten any anything. Call them back I ask them was the package a catalogue ordering package that they had sent me because I did not want that.
They said they were not sure what all came in the package. I look through the package and there was a leter in it from Community Savings congratulating me It said in order to receive your MasterCard, please complete and sign the application.
They said the faster they receive your pre-approved application, the sooner you will receive your Store Value MasterCard. I was not clear on the Store Value MasterCard, so I call them againg. This time I ask againg if this was a card that I can use anywhere they said yes.
They had also said that there would be no other fees. Well the only application that was inside the package was Platinum Visa MasterCard app. I call them again he said sent that app an so I did.
A monthe latter this is now in June I had not receive anything I call them again I ask to speak to a manager the guy said he was the only person I could talk to there was no one other then him I told him that I was tried of gettening the runarond an that the were a sham.
I call back the next day got a deffenent guy after he found out who I was he immediately became offense. Telleing Me you cant get a refund because you have use part of the package I told him I not he said you sent the applicaaation in for the secured credit card I ask he why would I pay some one $299. To open a secured credit card pay they more money to used the card to some one that I dont know when I all readey have a secured Visa with my own Bank I ask him to refund me my money. I said I would get a Lawer He said So is that what you do then sew me, and he hung the phone up,
