Where to start! First off Stay Away! It is useless! Go to the end of this complaint to learn how to properly request your money back ASAP! I bought into cpagreed with the hopes of building a nice Cost Per Action business. To begin I didn't receive my conformation email with my log in details so I emailed them and gave them information about the transaction and the Next day they emailed me they wanted a copy of my reciept. Why could they not find it with the information I sent them???
From the 4th of December to the 12th 60% of the software would not work for me on my windows 7 XPS laptop. They said it would. I emailed support and they claimed there was an update and to uninstall and re-install. Boy I already did this four times and even on two computers but why not try it again. Nope, same issues! I finally fixed the two issues I had.
