Complaint: I am writing to you to file a formal complaint against McReaSoft Solutions of La Mesa, CA. The product I bought from this company was called HyperPress. The price of the software was $997.00. I bought it on the 25th of January. McReaSoft closed down the software in May. The product was sold to me during a webinar on the internet. It was advertised from January to May. I have written to them and have had numerous live chat sessions with their customer service requesting a refund. I was told that my request would be forwarded to the owner, * McRae who has refused to reply to my requests. I have not hired an attorney nor have I have I filed a lawsuit. I would just like to have my money refunded. Here is the details from my invoice.invoiceDate Invoice # Due DateJanuary 25 * 01/25
Desired Settlement: I would like to have the $997.00 I spent on the "product" refunded immediately.

Complaint: I paid $997 for his (Bill McRea) Hyperpress internet marketing platform which failed according to his own determination as he promised to provide the next expensive platform (WPCC) for free to anyone who had signed up for Hyperpress. After many attempts to his support site (mcreasupport.com) for a refund, there has been no response... Even after receiving one reply in November that said, quote: "We have received your request for refund. You will get a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed."... But that was in November.in the meantime, I've gone to the address, there's no business there... The place is empty. He's disappeared. The 877 support number has been disconnected... The only one left is 619 741-0487 which is answered by a machine. I still want my refund.
Desired Settlement: $997 refund to paypal or my originally charged card.
BBB's Final Determination: Business failed to respond to the BBB to resolve or address the complaint issues.

Complaint: MY Complaint I am writing to you to file a formal complaint against Mcreasoft Solutions of La Mesa, CA. The product I bought from this company was called *. The price of the software was $1,191.00. I bought it on the 12th of February. Mcreasoft closed down the software in May. The product was advertised on the internet. It was advertised from January to May. I signed a contract. I Have every Email Every Support ticket. I have written to them over 500 times requesting either fix the problem or my money back they just kept giving me the run around saying the new system is coming soon weeks months now have passed well enough I want my money back. I have not hired an attorney not yet. I have not filed a lawsuit yet. I would like to have my money refunded. The price that I paid was $1,191. I made 3 payments of $397. I would like to get back the amount I paid. No more and no less as per the agreement. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. They will try and say the total was 997.00 after talking to some of the other * victims but that is not what they charged..
Desired Settlement: its very simple I know what they charged me so do they The price that I paid was $1,191. I made 3 payments of $397. I would like to get back the amount I paid. No more and no less as per the agreement. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved refund $1,191. Regards
