Working wifthout pay after being promised would be paid

I was promised after posting ads on craigslist I would be paid 600 dollars every 2 weeks for posting 3 ads a day. Here is copy of one of the letters he sent me

Good, we would be glad to work with you, were pleased to have you join our online marketing campaign team. We can easily pay via wire transfer to your bank account. That's a better payment option for us. Be rest assured that $300 will be transferred to your bank account every week. Do confirm your bank account information again as required to send you payment to your paypal account. Do get started and ensure to send me posting confirmations, just let me know once you have started the postings... Be rest assured that as long as you post the ads [just 3 ads per day] and you will definitely receive payment every week prompt without delay. We also pay extra amounts of $30 & $50 for bonus, for jobs well done..

After 3 weeks i never got a dime from him i told him to send it to my papal account he then uped it to biweekly and i agreed.

Been threee weeks and still nothing. He is not living up to his agreemenmt. So i stopped posting for him.

BUT he still owes me for the work!
