Took $2,000.00 for setting up a common law business trust and completely failed to set up the trust

David L Miner collected $2,000.00 for the prpose of creating a commmon-law bsiness trust. He sent me an incomplete trust with wrong names, and then did nothing. He did not answer my phone calls and emails.
