Kevin Conn, now a Director at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, located in Carrollton, TX was directly involved in the criminal and racist acts committed at Wingspan and directed at their african american employees. Kevin Conn, a black man himself, who is married to a white woman and associates with the white race and disregards the black race, has the mind of a Klansman. He seemed to be someone who would do anything to move forward in Corporate America, even if that meant compromising any morals or integrity he had (which he did not have to begin with) by stepping on and crushing other blacks under his feet.
Kevin Conn, was promoted by Justin Belter primarily for his ruthless behavior in regards to the black employees. It has long been rumored in the african american community that white people surrounded by blacks usually pick "ruthless blacks" to do their racist acts because they are so afraid of lawsuits.
