I had the misfortune of working under Justin Belter, a VP for Wingspan Portfolio Advisors. He started off with no experience and making close to nothing but because he snoozed up with higher ups he ended up in months becoming VP. Wingspan Portfolio Advisors handed out "Titles" like candy to everyone who snoozed up with those in power even when the Titles were not merited, as in the case of Mr. Belter. Justin Belter was the WORST MANAGER I have ever worked for. He singlehandedly caused several employees to quit, was known for using racial epithets directed towards blacks such as the N word and unfairly discriminated against blacks, Muslims and Hispanics in favor of other whites. White people occupied a majority of the easy, high paying jobs at Wingspan even though many minorities stayed later and worked like mules. There was a very racist and bigoted hierarchy at Wingspan which Mr.
