GE Money - Care Credit
Interest accrued due to company errors

I keep accruing interest on my Care Credit card due to a "lost" payment and due to being given incorrect information by a supervisor via the telephone. I keep making substantial payments, paying whatever I am told to, but no one can explain to me what that money is "going toward" or how these new charges are appearing. I have always made consistent payments and feel that despite my diplomatic and very agreeable nature, I keep being told how "frustrating" and "confusing" it is to have to deal with this error, have been treated very rudely, and have not had matters adequately addressed. I never in my life have had such poor, discouraging, and costly, issues with a company who seems so unwilling to help, and so annoyed by inquiries.
