I've talked to multiple supervisors and also wrote to the inquiry address in El Paso. I have not received any response and the customer service people on the phone have not resolved my issue.
I have acted in good faith to pay my account by the agreed terms. Care Credit is being unreasonable and gave me bad/incorrect/misleading/confusing information.
The interest rate hike violates the new credit card rules that recently went into effect. I was not given notice and my payments have all been on time.
I am not paying on this account any longer. After 4 months, I give up.
